FREMANTLE YOGA CENTRE -

Sunday 13th September 1.30 - 3.00 pm

Release, Restore, Rewire

Release physical tension, restore flexibility & hydration of tissues, rewire your nervous system through a skillful approach integrating Myofascial release techniques & yin yoga postures.

As we weave together a number of myofascial release methods & longer yin holds, expect to experience deep release, nervous system reset and take home techniques that will stay with you long after stepping off the mat.

The focus of the practice will be to release fascial restrictions, reduce inflammation and support auto immune healing. We will melt muscle knots and joint pain without strain.

This immersion is perfect for the stressed, the sporty, the sore, and the sedentary. This approach invites you to take your wellbeing into your own hands.

No experience necessary.
