Recentre is a sports and remedial massage practice based in Sydney's Northern Beaches. The workshop will be lead by Head Therapist Aldrick Ronquillo who specialises his treatments not just on the symptoms of pain but at its cause.

The sessions are designed from a rehabilitation and injury prevention perspective, to help aid your body with self massage techniques using a variety of methods including foam rollers, trigger balls, yoga blocks and your very own hands. They will be simple practices that you can take anywhere you go, at home or work, before you train or when you travel.

'Release' will help improve flexibility and mobility, ease and release tension that your body holds.
