Join us at "Release the BIG 3" our next women circle on Thursday 22 August, we will be taking a deep dive into the Big 3: Guilt, Regret and Shame.

Yes, it sounds heavy, but rest assured you will be held, supported and heard in a non judgemental space.

So say YES to putting yourself first and creating space in your busy life to honour who you are... including the perceived yucky bits.

We will connect in a space of honour and reflection. Journaling, getting creative and exploring our BIG 3 emotions that we often carry with us from childhood. Zoe will share her story of the Big 3 in her life and open the space for you to speak openly, release and gain awareness of what you carry.

In this circle, Zoe will bring in her training in quantum energy, and will conduct a beautiful gentle process of accepting, releasing and forgiving yourself in which you may connect to your inner child, past lives or ancestors. This will be a circle of great depth and honouring but please know you may share only what you wish and you will be accepted and held regardless. Accepting and taking responsibility is half the journey and I know we can do this together if we are ready to surrender.

In the heart of Maroubra Beach, at "Marou.Home" wellness & creative space at 25 McKeon Street, women of like minds will come together in the Ceremony of Circle to explore, share and reflect on what we as women, mothers, daughters, wives, sisters and career women, hold within us.

Ticket sales are open now and spaces are limited to ensure everyone has a unique, supported experience.

Starting at 7pm - 8.45pm on Thursday 22 August 2024, in Marou Home at 25-29 McKeon St Maroubra. These Circles are held on the 4th Thursday of each month, same time, same location, different theme.

What to Expect:

You will experience a safe space to be you. You will be held. You will be able to share or not and I will provide you with an opportunity to speak, journal, meditate and create. You will leave with a new sense of self and relaxation.

What to Bring:

Yourself! and an open heart, a journal, pen and a water bottle.
Bring something special from your childhood - a favourite toy, a drawing, a photo - something that reflects you in childhood (you will take this home)
