ABOUT

Shirley Snoyman is an outstanding, sought-after Mathematics and Stress Management Coach with decades of experience.

Before joining Investec Bank in the mid 1990’s, Shirley spent four years teaching Mathematics full time, from Year 7 to Year 12, bringing out the personal bests in her students.

Over the last 10 years, she has taught all levels of high school Mathematics both privately and at Moriah College, in a long-service leave cover capacity. In 2021 Shirley covered classes online and had some of the most magical teaching experiences of her life, as she used online teaching technology to engage and inspire her students.

Her private individual Mathematics coaching diary is full until 2027, a testament to the demand for her connection with students, and ability to bring out each student's abilities. Shirley does this by including study skills methodologies and stress management techniques in particular for Maths Anxiety.

Shirley has also run workshops abroad for teachers, training them in these techniques. She holds an Honours degree in Mathematics, is a NLP practitioner and a highly proficient teacher registered with NESA.

Anurag Kumar's mission is to serve, and "Help Billions Heal".

After many years of being a strategic technologies executive, with a post-grad MBA specialising in Human Resources, Training & Development, Anurag uses his experience of training, coaching and mentoring over 35,000 people, to share his personal tools to help others manage their life, emotions and energy better.

Niki Seberini is a Certified Breathwork & Wellbeing Practitioner, Speaker and Talk Show Host.

With over 20 years experience in soft skills training and facilitation, backed by an holistic approach which leads to a range of positive outcomes, Niki's passion and commitment lies in igniting personal transformation, empowering her clients to break free from limitations and connect with their innate ability to heal themselves. She specialises in the powerful and transformative modalities of Breathwork and Self Inquiry, enabling individuals and teams to dissolve negative patterns of stress, thinking, and behavior.
