This evening has been intentionally designed to support both your nervous system and your inner world + to actively address your own inner critic and mindset to create transformative shifts.

Through somatics, energetics and embodiment practices, guided meditation, and breath connection, you’ll give your body a chance to reset. Helping calm an overactive nervous system, release stored stress, and create a foundation of inner balance so you can meet life with more clarity, presence, and ease.

What you’ll experience:

• Neuroscience & Mindset Coaching

Understand the voice of the inner critic, recognise its patterns, and soften the harshest voice you know - your own. Even in a group setting, privacy is honoured during this component.

• Embodiment Practices

Gentle exercises to release tension and shift how stress is held in the body.

• Self-guided Energy Work

Techniques to loosen attachment and reclaim your personal power.

• Breath Connection

Expand your capacity, regulate your nervous system, and gain skills you can take into everyday life.

• Guided Meditation & Integration

Anchor change and embody your new sense of freedom and inner strength (of who you actually are being the Inner Critic & mental noise).

📍 Location: Revillaging Project, 182 Browns Road, Boneo

Bring: cushion/ pillow, water bottle, wear comfortable clothes, eye mask (optional), a journal and pen, and an open mindset.

We provide: yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets.
