Right now, we’re facing a world full of chaos, uncertainty, and pressure. We can’t pretend it’s not affecting us anymore. When we suppress our emotions, we fall into apathy, and that only causes disconnection—from ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

What to bring:

A journal and pen (for reflecting and releasing)
Extra cushions and blankets for added comfort and safety (yoga mats and bolsters will be provided, but bringing extra cushions is highly recommended for extra comfort during the session)
A water bottle
Wear comfy, "rage-appropriate" clothing (think yoga or active wear—skirts and dresses are not ideal for comfort)

Important:
