This free, online group meditation will be an opportunity for you to connect in with like minded souls across the globe. Connecting back in with humanity and remembering all the good that is coming through at this time.

Fear and panic weaken our bodies natural defences and immune system, it stops us from being able to think clearly and make rational choices and decisions. At the beginning of this meditation there will be space for you, if you choose, to speak out or type out a fear that is present for you right now. There will be no judgement and no fixing, just a space for you to air out your fear and release it from your body.

Then we will move into a guided meditation with channellings of light language to calm the nervous system and release and traces or fear or doubt that may still be stored in the body. We will be focusing on calling in more light to help support your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies at this time so you can move forwards with the best of your ability.

To take part, all you will need in an internet connection and to download the free Zoom app either from your phone or laptop/computer.
