"Release the joints to unlock lost ranges of motion”

Day 1: Range of Motion (ROM) testing for whole body

Discover comprehensive range of motion tests for individual joints, covering all possible directions. This session includes an extensive  ROM sequence that encompasses the entire body.

Gain insights into test positions and acquire practical knowledge of mobility drills designed to alleviate restrictions. The morning will focus on hands-on testing, while the afternoon will be dedicated to implementing and refining mobility drills to improve ROM.

Day 2: Table testing for the pelvis/hips and shoulders  + Orthopaedic mobilising of feet & ankles.

Learn manual techniques for mobilising feet and ankles. Providing ‘spring’ in the step and take the ‘handbrake’ off movement and propulsion.

Feet are the Foundations and ankles directly affect/influence hips and vice versa. You will learn how to change a persons posture and pain just by mobilising the feet and ankles completely.
