Releasing Joints I & A Day at the Feet:This two day workshop has been around the country with fantastic reviews and feedback! The two days are quite different, providing functional tests and related joint mobility drills for each joint complex of the body, whilst the second day provides joint based manual techniques focusing on the foot and ankle.
Day one is practical - you will be moving (doing the tests) as you learn immediately useable functional tests, and, the related corrective drills to open lost ranges of motion, for your clients (and yourself!). Day Two is also practical, but, on the table. You will both experience and practice new joint based mobilisation techniques and review the movement aspects from day one.
