Releasing Joints III + A Day at the Shoulders & Neck:This two day workshop is stand alone, which means, you do not HAVE to have done part I nor II to participate and enjoy. Day one provides yet another series of functional tests (providing different angles to part I &II) This is a physical and practical activity for the whole day, leaving you with easily repeatable test positions/actions and their related corrective drills for you to add to your clinic the next day. Day Two focuses on the neck and shoulders together, drawing on Upper Cross Syndrome theories, whilst providing manual techniques with a focus around the acromion and connected muscles. Gain confidence working around the brachial plexus and learn corrective exercises for optimal anti-gravity training and results.
