Jade previously struggled with emotional eating, negative self talk, body shaming and disordered eating. Constantly looking outside of herself for validation and the next quick fix; from food and substances, to dating, and technology, never finding fulfillment.

After many years of personal development, mentoring, nutrition, personal training, health, wellness, self love and mindfulness studies, Jade is now a stand for setting other women free. She is passionate about helping women break free from their chains, negative self-talk and limiting beliefs to find their wholeness, and live a life full of health, vitality, confidence, and self love.
