Event description

This continuing education course for mental health providers is designed for those who have previously completed Religious Trauma:  What Is It & How Can I Treat It? or who have familiarity and experience in working with survivors of spiritual abuse / religious trauma.  


Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  • Identify at least 3 complexities that are unique within religious trauma
  • Describe some of the ways systems of oppression are part of religious trauma experiences
  • Describe at least 2 ways that specific therapeutic interventions may be utilized in treating religious trauma

Due to delayed processing at NBCC, approval for continuing education credits is currently pending.  Approval is expected to be finalized prior to this event and marketing will be updated at that time.  The expected CE credit hours allotted for this course = 4
