Neurodivergence & Religious Trauma
Event description
This continuing education course for mental health providers will explore the intersection of neurodivergence and religious trauma. This course provides 2.75 NBCC-approved CE credit hours.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
Define neurodivergence and list at least 4 examples
Describe how neurodivergence may intersect with a person’s experience of religion / spirituality
Describe how religious trauma may impact neurodivergent folks
Identify at least 3 neurodivergent-affirming approaches to treating religious trauma
30-day access to a recording of this training will be provided to all who register. CE credit is only available for live attendance.
