Relish Making Workshop

Join us for a workshop with Warrnambool Community Gardens to make some preserves!

Meet up with the local community as we learn how to become more sustainable

Chutneys, pickles and relishes are three delicious ways of making preserves in a shelf-stable way (no refrigeration required until they are opened). 

Learn the basics of these cooking methods from our experienced cooks, get hands-on practice at cooking and bottling these preserves, and take home some delicious products of the day.  

Wear old clothes or bring an apron, lab coat or similar
