Day 1 Sat 20th 8am NZDT: Opening Ceremony via zoom - Let the gentle, grounding medicine of cacao open your heart to what you are here for & lay the foundations for this time together

Day 2 Sun 21st 8am NZDT: Somatic Journey via fb live - Soften & open your channel of receiving through movement & breath

Day 3 Mon 22nd 8am NZDT: Somatic Journey via fb live - Own your fullness & release outdated stories around being "too much" through movement & breath

Day 4 Tues 23rd 8am NZDT: Somatic Journey via fb live - You are WORTHY of your desires 

INTEGRATION DAY

Day 5 Thurs 25th 7pm NZDT: Closing Ceremony with Cacao via zoom - Integrate your journey, acknowledge the shifts that have taken place and step into the NEW as WHO YOU ARE NOW. 

To get the most out of this experience, allow 1 hour for the sessions and some extra time at the end for your own reflection.
