Join us for a full day healing journey with medicinal music and mindfulness practices to help us reconnect within and remember who we really are.

A journey to recognise we are not our labels and to experience how at the core of our being we are one light, one energy and one love.

Led by Joydah Mae and Cristian Trujillo. Joydah will share her sacred medicinal music and indigenous wisdom, while Cristian will share his mindfulness practices and breathwork, taking you into a deep journey to reconnect with yourself, others and your ancestral roots.

This will be a community event held in a sacred space, created to facilitate healing and a deeper connections. We will have connection activities and interactions with the hosts.

This retreat will also open a space for you to connect with an amazing community of like-minded people in the Sunshine Coast.

During the day we will share some simple and delicious food prepared with love by Bei Sale especially for you.

About the hosts:

Joydah Mae

Joydah Mae hails from Kabayan, Benguet. She is an active Ibaloi warrior that carries her lineage with her every step of her journey. Proud of who she is & always advocating for the return to indigenous knowledge.

Music is her own healing frequency & creative outlet. Something that connects her back to herself, and the overflow of that connects to other peoples paths and journeys.

Cristian Trujillo

Cristian is a mindfulness coach and business mentor, he uses traditional practices, coaching methods, healing techniques and business experience to help people move forward in their lives or businesses.

In his work as a facilitator he brings together his experience as a Yoga Teacher, Breathwork facilitator, Reiki Healer and Certified Coach. He also incorporates the principles he practised as an Engineer, Videographer, Entrepreneur, Lecturer and Business Mentor.

Cristian has a heart centred and gentle approach and is passionate about sharing the ancient traditional practices and philosophy from yoga. He believes that healing doesn't have to be painful and that is important to have an integral approach and address the needs of the body, mind, heart and soul.

Cristian is based in the Sunshine Coast and is the founder of Yandina Yoga and Breathwork, where he shares the practices of Yoga, Mindfulness and Breathwork. Cristian runs workshops, retreats and speaking engagement across Australia and Overseas.
