While healing often asks us to look at hardship, trauma, or life’s heavy hurdles, this gathering is a soft departure from this work. During our day, we’ll anchor ourselves solely in the empowering, deeply restorative magic of love as a healing force.

In the morning session, Gemma will guide you through a gentle Regression Healing journey, guiding you on a soft, powerful journey inward. Together, we will gently explore a beautiful memory from your current life before diving deeper into the rich tapestry of a past life experience.

We will gently trace the threads of people we have cherished, souls who have loved us, and the profound spaces of warmth we have held across time. It is a beautiful remembering of who you once were, bringing those moments back into your current life to integrate today.

In the afternoon, Kathy will then lead us into a Shamanic Breathwork Ceremony, using conscious connected breathing, chakra-attuned music, and sacred space to support a profound inward journey. Through the breath, you will be invited to move beyond the mind and into the heart, uncovering the deeper truth that exists beneath old patterns and emotions: the remembrance of your authentic self and your innate capacity to love and be loved.

This is a day of returning – a journey back to your heart, your soul, and the love that has always been within you.

Shamanic Breathwork (SBW) is a powerful yet deeply supportive practice that combines conscious connected breathing, chakra-attuned music, creative expression, and energetic bodywork to access expanded states of awareness.

Through the breath, participants are invited beyond the thinking mind and into a deeper relationship with themselves, opening pathways to insight, emotional release, self-discovery, and healing. Within this sacred space, your own inner wisdom (or inner shaman) becomes the guide, gently revealing what is ready to be seen, felt, remembered, or reclaimed.
