Thousands of years ago, a civilisation known as Lemuria once existed on this planet. The human beings who lived in Lemuria were considered to be different from the human beings that were living on Earth at the time - they were human beings who had been seeded spiritually from our star ancestors, the Pleiadians. The Pleiadians merged their DNA with the human beings to create a specific level of consciousness, one where they understood their direct connection to Divinity and Source. This seeding began the process known as ascension for human beings and Earth.

Lemuria was a spiritually advanced civilisation (not so much technology wise), and they represented a civilisation whose consciousness and intuition far surpassed where the Earth’s consciousness currently is. They embodied unity consciousness and lived in harmony with their surroundings. It is believed that humans in Lemuria were only there for one lifetime (which could span hundreds of years) to assist in building the Akashic Record of the Earth, and then incarnated elsewhere around the world.

As the years passed, the knowledge gained from Lemuria was eventually lost (only to be retained by some of the world’s oldest cultures orally) as Earth’s consciousness began to descend. Over the past few decades, the remembrance of the civilisation of Lemuria has begun to seep back into the collective consciousness of the Earth as Earth moves through its ascension journey.

Join Diana Nguyen (Trinity Health & Living) and Lee Duncan (Intuitive Wellness Co) for an immersive and experiential workshop designed to help you to remember, reclaim and embody your Lemurian roots and lineage so that you can assist in bringing back the Lemurian consciousness to Earth in your own authentic way.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE DAY

This day is split up into two components:

Morning - Remembrance

In the morning we will be co-creating a beautiful flower mandala and altar to assist in anchoring the energies that will be present during the day.

Diana will then guide you all through a shamanic journey to access and retrieve your unique Lemurian lineage. You will be working with your own Spirit Guides as well as the Lemurian guides. The journey will involve energy work, energetic transmissions and activations. This work will reactivate the dormant DNA within you that is linked back to Lemuria and clear what needs to be cleared in order for this to happen.

Once the journey is complete, you will have time to journal and reflect on your experience with the group before we break for lunch.

Afternoon - Embodiment

After a brief cacao ceremony, Lee will facilitate a journey through breathwork, sound healing and energy activation, where you will physically embody and integrate the energy that was activated within you in the morning session.

Through harnessing the wisdom of your physical body via firm, light or no touch, you will receive an activation of certain acupressure points and chakras which helps the flow of energy move throughout the system to help you fully embody the Lemurian energy. This will create more harmony and balance in the body leading to more flow, creativity and empowerment to step up into your authentic self.

Post journey, once again you will have time to journal and reflect on your experience with the group.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This event is open to anyone who feels the call to attend.

The amount of participants for this event is strictly limited to 10.

PREPARATION TIPS & WHAT TO BRING

Arrive about 10 minutes early to settle in.
Opt for loose, comfortable clothing without metal zippers or snaps.
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask (optional), journal and pen.
Highly recommend to avoid coffee, alcohol, or other substances 24 hours before the day if possible.
This workshop will include a lunch and wholesome snacks but feel free to bring any other food to meet your dietary requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE AT THE END OF THE DAY

Each participant will receive a gift bag which will include a number of items including:

an essence that will be created on the day; and
a lemurian crystal from the grid set up for the day,

which can be used post-event to further assist you to tap into and anchor the energy within your being.

You will leave the event with a sense of peace, clarity and alignment with the spiritual aspects of yourself and your Lemurian lineage.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Energy healing and breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release. As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices:

Pregnancy (at any stage)
Severe PTSD or trauma
Actively using recreational drugs
Taking any medication that alters brain chemistry like anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, ADD, OCD medications, etc.
Prescription blood thinners or anti-clotting medications
Osteoporosis
Detached Retina
Glaucoma
Kidney disease
High Blood Pressure
Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack, or any other cardiovascular issues
Strokes or TIAs
Seizures, history of seizures or other brain/neurological condition or disease
Diagnosis of aneurysm (of any kind)
Uncontrolled thyroid conditions
Diabetes (any type)
Severe Asthma— for mild to moderate asthma, we can discuss but you must bring your inhaler to the session
Epilepsy
Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
Suicidal ideation
Severe psychosomatic disorders
Recent surgery, stitches or injury
Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release

If you are on the contraindication list, you may not be a candidate for the full breathwork technique, but we are happy to discuss modified and gentle breathwork.

Please do not continue to book a session if you have any of the contraindications listed above until you speak to Diana Nguyen or Lee Duncan.
