In this long-awaited concert collaboration, The Marais Project (NSW) and HIP Company (WA) champion the music of influential French composer and violist da gamba Marin Marais, his teacher Monsieur de Sainte-Colombe, and their contemporaries in the vibrant and decadent era of the 'Sun King', Louis XIV.

Join us in Perth's beautiful Government House Ballroom as two of Australia's most exciting Early Music ensembles breathe new life into the beauty and breathtaking elegance of the French Baroque.

The Marais Project: Jenny Eriksson (viola da gamba), Susie Bishop (soprano) and Tommie Andersson (theorbo).

HIP Company: Bonnie de la Hunty (soprano), Sarah Papadopoulos (violin) and Krista Low (viola da gamba).
