"Your First Ring Routine" by Renegade Movement School is a head-first dive into the badass world of gymnastics rings.

Combining strength, bodyweight control and self-expression, you'll learn: 

- The hidden benefits of ring routines (for strength, stability and muscle development)
- How to prepare your joints for rings training (so you don't snap your shit up)
- How to safely perform fundamental (but dope) skills on the gymnastics rings 
- How to combine them into a routine (whatever level you're at)
- How to spice things up and make it your own

You'll leave the 2hour workshop with an ungodly pump and a badass ring routine under your belt you had no idea you were capable of.

This workshop is open to all levels
** Recommended prerequisite: At least 1 chinup


Your Coach:

Fernandez is a full time online bodyweight strength coach specialising in gymnastics rings and overcoming joint pain through strength. 

He currently travels the world teaching workshops, talking shit and running Renegade Movement School - an online bodyweight strength coaching and education program for fitness misfits who want to build a badass body doing cool shit.
