Unwind after the busy holiday season with gentle yoga, soothing meditation, and moments of mindfulness designed to release stress and restore balance. Perfect for all levels, this peaceful session offers a chance to reconnect with yourself, set positive intentions, and embrace a sense of renewal.

With a focus on nervous system regulation and embodied practice, the session will provide:

pranayama (yogic breathing);
a gentle slow flow followed by a restorative yoga practice;
guided meditation (yoga nidra);
a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment to connect with yourself and others.

After the session, enjoy a relaxing cup of tea and light refreshments as you bask in the serenity of the moment. Treat yourself to this restorative experience and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to welcome the year ahead.

"Padma" is Sanskrit for the sacred lotus flower which is symbolic in yogic philosophy for rebirth, as it grows out of the mud before blossoming in beauty above the water's surface.
