Morning embodied flow practice exploring Pranayama (breath work) Kriya (cleanse) + Mantra (sound) leading into a juicy flowing session to revitalise the body
Korero(talk) on mind, heart, gut connection and how we can access this and deeply listen to our bodies, as well as understanding the underlying science of this connection
Delicious plant based lunch, snacks and refreshments
Plant based cooking workshop, you get to take home your very own GF seed loaf
Gentle Yin yoga session to complete the day
