We are always growing and changing, but, when we take radical responsibility for ourselves through pure intention & inspired action we can begin to build the life of our dreams! And 2023 is the year for it!!

This special day offers you time to pause and reflect, connect with others & even deeper with yourself, to call in the change and growth your heart desires. Manifestation is real, after all, everything is energy, and there are some great tools and actions we can take to really harness it's power. 

By focussing on our own healing & personal growth, we help to heal and evolve our community and the world.

Maybe life has gotten stressful or your simply looking for some yummy self care; this day offers a calm and nourishing space to unwind and let go for anyone. When we focus on healing we make space for creative expression, inspiration & make the room to receive all the abundance that is waiting for us.

Perhaps you've felt lonely or even bored or stagnant in life and your ready for that next injection of passion and joy!
This special day offers something for all of these things and more. We can all call in the changes, growth and excitement for life we desire, but it does require action by us - so this is a great step!

I'm so excited to have you join the circle, hear your stories and wisdoms and foster a sacred space to help you blossom and bloom. 

 What to bring:

- Your own yoga mat if you prefer your own (yoga mats will be provided) 

What will happen: 

- Arrival, smudging, face paint blessings, delicious nibbles & oracle card guidance
- Opening ceremony, introductions, earth (body), air (spirit) & mind (intuition) rituals 
- Art therapy activities for release & manifestation: this months topic is Self love & worthiness 
- Relaxation, guided meditation & manifestation
- lunch break (afternoon tea vegan friendly nibbles provided, BYO lunch)
- Women's circle, sharing & connecting 
- EFT (emotional freedom technique) & mantra song for self love, self care & manifestation 
- Closing ceremony, rituals & oracle card guidance
