At Rent It Keep It, you'll learn about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, how to find the right rental property for you, and how to keep your home in tip-top shape. Plus, you'll meet other renters just like you, connect with local community services to help you on your housing journey, and chat with experienced housing professionals who know the ins and outs of the rental market.
And that's not all - participants in the program will receive a completion certificate, recognized by local real estate agencies. This certificate will show that you've completed the Rent It Keep It program and have the knowledge and skills to be a responsible and reliable tenant. It can help make your rental applications more appealing to landlords and real estate agents, giving you an edge in the competitive rental market.
Our program has been designed to fit into a single day, so you can get all the information you need without having to take much time off work or out of your social life.
The event is also catered - with lunch and afternoon tea provided. (Please inform us of any dietary requirements ahead of time.)
