    A full day self-development event to help yourself, your kids and generations to come

    Learn how to meet your inner child's unmet needs, undo unhelpful conditioning, become more self-compassionate, understand yourself and reconnect to your true nature

    All while held in a beautiful and safe sharing circle, with like-minded parents including facilitator Liz Taverner, a registered Child & Parent Counsellor

    We'll use what I've found to be the most powerful tools for healing and self discovery, including creative therapies, meditation, movement and sitting in circle.

    After this circle you'll understand yourself and your kids better

    You'll know the steps you need to continue your journey of compassionate reparenting

    You'll have the tools you need to respond from your healthy, wise and compassionate adult self, rather than reacting from your wounded child self

    You'll be able to work towards breaking generational cycles of trauma

    Why did I create this circle?

    Having worked with children and parents for more than 10 years and being a mother myself, I know and understand your struggle of trying to be the parent you want to be

    I know it can be unbearably painful and guilt-inducing to witness your children repeating your unhealthy patterns, as they hold up a mirror to your own wounding

    And I know how hard it can be to turn the focus around on yourself and to work on healing yourself as the priority

    I created this circle because I want to support you in making the biggest positive change possible for you, your children and generations to come

    This change doesn’t come from bandaids, such as learning coping skills or reading a book 

    It comes from deep, ongoing inner healing work

    I believe nothing is as powerful for healing ourselves as healing our inner child

    And nothing is as powerful for healing our children as healing ourselves


    All current or expectant parents & carers welcome

    DATE: Saturday, October 8

    TIME: 10am-4.30pm (Please arrive around 10am for a prompt 10.15am start)

    LOCATION: Hawkesbury Heights, Lower Blue Mountains (Address will be provided before the event)

    INVESTMENT: $144 per person or $265 per parenting/caring pair (Please contact me directly to book at the special pair rate)

    Price includes a nutritious lunch, snacks, tea & cacao (dietary requirements will be catered for, where possible)
