Running a childcare service in Western Australia is rewarding — but it’s also demanding. Regulations shift with little warning. Compliance deadlines loom. The expectations of families, staff, and government keep growing. Most days, you’re juggling more than one full-time job, and there’s never enough time to find clear answers.

At ACA WA, we understand those pressures because we work alongside the people who live them every day — owners and managers committed to giving children the best start in life. Our role is simple: to be your trusted source of truth and your practical partner in running a high-quality, compliant service without burning out in the process.

When the rules change, we tell you what’s new, what it means, and exactly what to do next — no jargon, just the facts. We give you the templates, resources, and sector insights you need to act quickly and confidently. And we connect you with peers who share your challenges, your goals, and your commitment to quality.

We’re more than a peak body. We’re your advocate in every conversation that shapes the future of early childhood education and care in WA. We make sure your voice is heard where it matters most — with government, regulators, and the wider community.

Our members don’t just stay informed — they stay ahead. They save time, reduce stress, and focus on what matters most: leading their teams, supporting families, and giving children the care and education they deserve.
