Event description

Many foster and adoptive families often feel overwhelmed, isolated and unsupported...

That’s why we’re inviting adopters and foster carers from across the UK to meet together on Saturday 8 November in North West London. This is your day to be nurtured, encouraged, and inspired! With live worship, discussions, a choice of seminars, and fantastic Christian teaching on the big screen from October’s USA Replanted conference, plus lunch and refreshments included in your ticket.

FREE TICKETS FOR CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE
Under 16s go free! A full programme of accessible activities for 0-16s is available alongside the adult sessions, with a break for everyone to eat lunch together. Sessions will include some spiritual input and lots of fun! Each family will be assigned a keyworker in advance to support your child(ren). Please let us know how we can best support your child(ren) and we will do our best to meet their needs and requirements.

ENGAGING SEMINAR CHOICES

  • Restoring the caregiver: a self-care spa experience (Ruth Stephens, Join the Dots)

KEYNOTE TALKS FROM REPLANTED MINISTRIES
Replanted Ministries seek to help foster and adoptive families heal, connect, and thrive. Based in Chicago, their trauma-informed resources and annual conference have been a blessing to Christian families around the world. Find out more at www.replantedministry.org

UK parents and carers who watched previous content have said:
'It was hugely reassuring to hear the stories of others with hope for the struggles'
'Very real (no Hallmark happy endings), practical advice with an excellent biblical underpinning.'

Replanted London 2025 is organised in partnership with Home for Good, Safe Families, Juniper Tree Ministries and Join the Dots. Our dedicated team have many years combined experience working with trauma-experienced children as Christian foster parents, adopters and professionals. As a team, we know how hard it can be to keep going amidst the setbacks of family life, and changes in the care system. Our goal is to create a space where you can receive from the Lord and from each other, to receive comfortgrow connections, and build courage for the coming year.. Galatians 6:9 summarises our prayer for attendees: 'Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up'.

Please note: If you are bringing children or young people to this event, a parent or carer must remain onsite at all times while they are at their activities. Unfortunately we can't accommodate children and young people in the main adult sessions (except babes in arms) in order to ensure safe spaces for everyone attending. Please note that our volunteer team are unable to offer personal care or medical care.
