What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where your mind and body can relax, unwind and restore as it is “bathed” in harmonising sound waves that can align on a cellular level.

The pure tones and vibrations of quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids create an immersive, resonant sound that fills the room, gently inviting your body into a state similar to deep meditation, REM sleep or craniosacral treatment. No effort is needed —just rest and receive.

Benefits can include:
• Reduced stress and tension
• Improved sleep, clarity and energy
• Emotional calm and creative ideas
• A deep sense of peace and resonance

“Allow yourself to bathe in this harmonising space, tune back into you and let your cells resonate true to beautiful you.”

About Me

I practice as a Craniosacral Osteopath in Clevedon and Grey Lynn, host mind-body groups online and provide energy healing.

I approach Sound Baths the same way I do treatments

—a heart-centered, harmonising space for your whole mind-body system to reactivate it's self-healing mechanisms and gently re-settle, centre in, unwind and renew.

Each session is uniquely attuned to the individuals in the room and the energy present at this moment in time.

I look forward to co-creating this beautiful sound bath with you and seeing how your experience is too.

You can find out more about me on my Instagram, YouTube or Website.

All welcome. Come just as you are.
