Replenish: Qi Gong and Sound Healing
Event description
Reset your nervous system. Calm your mind. Repelenish your spirit with a deeply nourishing night of Qi Gong and Sound Healing.
Starting at 5pm Nick will guide us through a 90 minute slow, connected, deeply intimate, Qi Gong class which will flow directly into 1 hour Sound Bath with Troy, followed by a closing circle.
Come as you are, without needing to please or be feeling any different to how you are feeling and together we nourish our minds, bodies and spirits and remember who we are at the core.
What to bring;
-Something comfortable to lay on for the sound healing so you can really surrender and receive.
-an open heart and intention to deeply heal and remember who you are.
