ReplenishHER Gracefully Women’s Circle - A Monthly Women’s Circle for Women’s Wellbeing
Description
Monthly Women’s Circle
We meet one Saturday of each month | 3.00pm - 5.00pm | Blue Mountains
This monthly women’s circle is an invitation to pause, exhale, and come back to yourself.
The circle offers a steady rhythm in a world that rarely slows down. Each gathering follows a familiar, comforting flow while gently weaving in the energy of the season, allowing you to arrive as you are and leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected.
You’ll be guided through mindfulness and meditation, gentle reflection, and optional sharing within a small, held group of women. Crystal singing bowl sound healing is woven throughout the morning, supporting deep relaxation and nervous system settling.
This is a space of listening, not fixing. We honour each woman’s experience without offering advice, unless it is invited. It is a place to listen, to soften, and to remember what it feels like to be supported.
This circle is especially suited to women who:
feel stretched, busy, or inwardly tired
are craving regular time for themselves
value depth, simplicity, and meaningful connection
are drawn to mindfulness, sound, and seasonal rhythm
What makes this circle special
A consistent monthly rhythm you can rely on
A small, intimate group with limited places

If you’ve been feeling the quiet nudge to slow down and tend to yourself more regularly, this circle may be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.
