Repower The Dandenongs Community Forum - Solar & Batteries

In response to the most recent storm event, Repower The Dandenongs will conduct a Community Forum on Solar and Batteries. This is not an energy resilience solution for everyone - but it is an option.

For many residents with solar panels, adding a battery is the logical next step.
Ron Sawyer will speak from his own experience - not impacted by a power outage for 4 years now. 

Ron will provide a practical ‘how-to’ guide to adopting solar and/or batteries. including:

• interpreting your electricity bill
• are you being ripped off?
• untangling terminology
• building blocks in a resilient solar/battery system
• solar/battery vs generator
