Reproductive Rights Forum
Event description
A timely community conversation on reproductive health, access, and equity in regional Australia.
Hosted by the Wagga Women’s Health Centre, this free public forum brings together local leaders, policy-makers and frontline health professionals to discuss reproductive rights in the Riverina and beyond. As national conversations evolve, rural voices must be heard—and local communities need to be informed.
Confirmed panellists include:
🌿 Dr Amanda Cohn MP – NSW Upper House Member and long-time rural health and reproductive rights advocate
🌿 Cr Amelia Parkins – Councillor, Wagga Wagga City Council
🌿 Dr Trudi Beck – Regional health leader and CEO, NOVA Health, offering a frontline perspective on service delivery and equity
This forum supports the goals of Wagga Wagga City Council’s Advocacy Plan, including commitments to gender equity, health access, and rural justice. It is a chance to listen, learn, and contribute to a conversation that impacts everyone in our region.
All are welcome. Free entry – bookings essential.
