🎤 Your Facilitators
Hagen Schweinitz specialises in C-level executive and board searches across industries, with a strong focus on the recruitment and evaluation of Non-Executive Directors. Before founding Charvet & Cie., he led the global board and governance advisory practice at Eric Salmon & Partners and was a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry.
He serves on the boards of INSEAD’s International Directors Network and the Armenian Institute of Directors, chairs the Advisory Board of European Women on Boards (EWoB), and sits on the Advisory Board of Women on Boards Albania.
A member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), Hagen has published on corporate governance, blockchain and non-executive leadership in technology. He moderates ecoDA’s European Board Diploma, lectures at EWoB, the Armenian Corporate Governance Center, and INSEAD’s IN-BOARD program and is President of the Oxford Business Alumni regional chapter.
Educated at Oxford and INSEAD, he holds postgraduate qualifications in Strategy, Innovation and Corporate Governance.
Hagen speaks English, German and Farsi.
Marlon Juenemann is the Principal Growth Partner & Managing Director at Ubuntu Ventures, an Antler Operator, Advisory Board Member / Brand Ambassador at We Are Emersyn, and Co-Founder & Strategic Growth Advisor at jygro.
With over 17 years of experience as a founder, consultant, mentor and investor, he helps entrepreneurs, executives, and leadership teams uncover blind spots and align strategy, structure and mindset for growth.
He has co-founded and scaled ventures across fintech, SaaS and consulting, advised 100+ clients, and supported founders through programs such as Antler, Startmate and Startupbootcamp.
His work focuses on cutting through complexity, creating clarity and accountability and building the foundations for sustainable, long-term success.
He believes growth isn’t just about getting bigger, but about becoming stronger, more resilient and more aligned — mind, body, heart and soul.
Beyond work, he recharges through tennis, nature, mountain climbing and meaningful conversations.
