About the Guest Facilitator

Andrew Herden brings over nine years of dedicated leadership to RAW Impact, currently serving as Head of Teams and a senior member of the organisation’s executive team. He has founded and led multiple businesses, taken on significant church and community leadership roles, and devoted himself to mentoring emerging leaders across cultures. Andrew’s work spans from facilitating cross-cultural leadership development in Cambodia to guiding “On Country” community projects with First Nations Elders in Australia.

Married to Simone for 26 years and father to three adult children, Brianna (25), Josh (23), and Abbey (21), Andrew combines heart, experience and impact-oriented leadership. Passionate about developing people, he focuses on building values-led communities, empowering young professionals, and creating meaningful connection between purpose and work.
