REQ Agile Planning Sprint
Event description
The Rotary Elizabeth Quay invites you to embrace the agile mindset with us at this Agile Planning Sprint.
We encourage newbies and oldibies alike who are curious about all things Agile and Rotary to attend this event.
This way of working helps us to deliver projects in an efficient and exciting manner: greater impact with less of an imposition on our busy lives.
You're invited to this planning sprint that will transform fragile ideas into community action. Together we will develop a lean business canvas, establish a team and design the plan (KANBAN board) to execute a suite of projects. Don't worry, these methods are designed to be user friendly so it doesn't matter if you don't know the theory, you just need to have passion and commitment. Join us as we plan out the first quarter of this financial year by spinning up a number of innovative projects that address topic such as, the environment, homelessness, global inequity and much more.
Why join us on a Saturday morning? Everyone that attends will:
1. Get to know the from REQ team and network with some great minds
2. Learn some great transferable skills; design thinking & agile planning
3. Get the chance to form a team that can make an impact on your community
4. Be part of shaping a culture of psychological safety and agile thinking, formed on a solid basis of informed and enthusiastic consent in relation to sharing generosity.
We look forward to you joining us!
