REQ Quarterly Agile Planning Sprint

We embrace an agile mindset at the Rotary of Elizabeth Quay. This way of working helps us to deliver projects in an efficient and exciting manner: greater impact with less of an impost on our busy lives.

You're invited to this quarterly sprint that will transform fragile ideas into community action. Together we will develop a lean business canvas, establish a team and design the plan (KANBAN board) to execute a suite of projects. Don't worry, these methods are designed to be user friendly so it doesn't matter if you don't know the theory, you just need to have passion and commitment. Join us as we plan out the last quarter of this year by spinning up a number of innovative projects that address the environment, homelessness, Global inequity and much more.
