Amplify your research impact!
Join us for the Charles Sturt Researcher Innovation Program, a free program that will support you to develop a plan to maximise the impact of your research. The 2 x ½ day program will provide you with practical tools, templates, and resources that will help you design your communication and strategy to gain access to more grants, find new funding, create opportunity for industry partnerships and amplify the impact of your research.
This program is hands on and will be tailored to your individual needs. It is suitable for existing research, planning future research, and identifying new opportunities for research.

Facilitator: Selena Griffiths
Selena is impact focussed, entrepreneurial leader with executive experience in Not for Profit, Higher Education, Government, Start-Up and Global Brands. She is a published author of peer reviewed research in education, design, sustainability, social impact, and entrepreneurship. Selena is a founder, innovator and entrepreneur with a passion for life-long learning born from time as a student at UNSW, and experiences as an educator, and facilitator seeing the positive impact continued personal and professional development can have on an individual.
Selena has a career history of leading teams to deliver excellent customer centric product and service experiences. Demonstrated ability to engage with, and connect, stakeholders from different backgrounds for collaboration and innovation. Selena has well-developed research skills supporting an evidence-based approach to strategy setting and decision making.
