Ashley from Akuna Flow and Kellie from Peaceful Warrior Yoga and Reiki invite you to this half day retreat style event to let go, drop in and nurture yourself.

Something we all can do more of is to stop, rest and recharge.

We invite you to partake in this Cacao/Yoga/Breathwork/Sound Healing ceremony, clearing out the old and making way for a new way of being to emerge from within.

Relax and unwind, as your mind, body and soul are immersed with a Cacao Ceremony following on from this will be a gentle yoga flow to allow you to open up more followed by a Rebirthing/Yin Breathwork/Sound Healing Journey to further relax and help you to receive, heal, soften, activate and remember.
Pure Ceremonial Cacao is a magical and highly vibrational plant medicine.

In sacred ceremony and as an accompaniment to Yoga/Breathwork & Sound Healing, Cacao facilitates deep meditation and journeying to aid in the release of negative energy and blocks in the heart space.

Rebirthing/Yin Breathwork is a very gentle powerful healing modality.

Rebirthing-Breathwork, is the ability to breathe Energy as well as air.
It is the art of learning to breathe from the Breath Itself.
When the body feels safe, the mind feels safe, it’s here in this “safety” we can access old memories, trauma’s etc and allow ourselves a chance to release energy blockages and tension being stored in the body.
It can give you the opportunity to see clearly the unconscious thoughts, beliefs and conditionings that have influenced your life until now and liberate yourself from old stories and awaken to who you truly are.

Combining the beautiful heart opening effects of cacao weaving in vibrational plant essences (Bach/Aussie Bush Flower and other vibrational essences) all intuitively picked for the group, Yoga,Rebirthing/Yin Breathwork & Sound Healing weaving in the healing effects of beautiful instruments such as the Gong, Rav Drum, Crystal & Himalayan Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drum, Native American Flute, and more.

What to expect –
Ceremonial Smudging & clearing to start off, if you’re not a fan of smoke Ashley can use feathers instead just let him know on the day

Starting with a Cacao Ceremony, following on from this a gentle yoga flow (facilitated by Kellie) following this will be a Rebirthing/Yin Breathwork/Sound Healing Journey facilitated by Ashley

Please note there will be small break in-between Yoga and Breathwork/Sound, light snacks will be provided for the group

We will finish off the day with some Dahl and rice to help gentle ground you back into your body’s

What you need to bring - Comfortable clothes & Water
You will need to bring pillows and blanket(s) on the day
Mats, Bolsters and Eye covers will be supplied on the day

Contraindications:

Serious heart conditions. The theobromine in cacao increases heart rate significantly and is a vasodilator, lowering blood pressure. If you have such a condition, consider consulting a physician
Pregnancy and or Breast Feeding
MAOI based anti-depressants are contraindicated with the tyramine in chocolate
