This session explores how simple steps in nutrition, movement, and mindset can help reset your body and energise your life. Drawing from The Wellness Guide framework and practical mindset hacks, we’ll dive into how the body speaks to us and how tuning inwards allows us to make intentional, lasting changes.
So often, we approach new habits by pushing harder, relying on willpower alone. In this workshop, we’ll flip that approach, slowing down first, checking in with ourselves, and then building small but powerful shifts that stick. Through practical tools and guided reflection, participants will learn how to support their energy, reset their routines, and create habits that nurture both body and mind.
Bex Thompson is passionate about wellbeing and holistic health. She has been teaching meditation and Yin yoga for the past two years, helping others reconnect with themselves and their environment. She is also the owner of Studio-O wellness centre in Mount Maunganui.
