Reset and Regulate Workshop with Celine

Join Celine from Inner Growth Therapy to discover ways to calm and reconnect with yourself when you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsettled. Everyone experiences periods of disconnection from their inner self, and this workshop will help you find your way back. Participants will learn to navigate feelings of disconnection from their inner selves and learn to listen to all parts of themselves.

In this empowering session, you will:

Learn neuroscience-backed self-regulation skills to manage emotional triggers, confusion, and stress.
Learn Grounding, Centering, and Reorienting Techniques
Experience EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique
A Cord Cutting Reiki infused Visualization.
How to use chanting, sound to help you reset your nervous system
Discover practical tools for resetting your nervous system when feeling collapsed, triggered, depleted, or overwhelmed.
The exercises taught in the group will help you manage your stress by feeling grounded. Learn to soothe your nervous system.

This group setting offers a healing and supportive environment. It can help you reconnect with yourself, reclaim your energy, release emotional blockages, and create a personalized self-care routine.
