RESET & Relax

is a five-class series of body-breath-mind self-care sequences (aka yoga) you can practice anywhere, anytime.

Release stress from your day, tension from your body, and feel ease flow into your body and mind.

Each Wednesday we meet online or in-person (Townsville), practice and build our self-care sequences together.

Support resources are also included.

You will receive an information email and zoom link each Tuesday afternoon prior to our live Wednesday session at 5.45pm - 6.30pm.
