RESET & Relax...
is a five-class series of body-breath-mind yoga options you can practice anywhere, anytime.
Release stress from your day, tension from your body, and allow ease to flow into your mind.
Each Wednesday we explore a new body-breath-mind technique and also revisit previous self-care sequences. Practice resources included.
You will receive a zoom link and information each Tuesday prior to our live Wednesday session at 5.45pm - 6.30pm
** If you are attending this series in-person at selectability House on Cambridge St. in Townsville, please ensure that you have confirmed your place via email at hello@youthreset.com.au ~ BYO yoga mat and a blanket. We look forward to sharing this time with you!
