Our weekend RESET & Relax series is a five-class series of body-breath-mind sequences to reset your energy, re-focus, and relax.

Release stress from your week, tension from your body, and feel ease flow into your body and mind.

You can also join RESET & Relax on Wednesdays at sunset!

You will receive an information email and a zoom prior to each RESET session.

'Each RESET & Relax session is a lovely retreat that I look forward to. Sessions are gently and joyfully led creating a positive and supportive environment.
