RESET & Relax is your five-class self-care series of body-breath-mind sequences that you can learn to practice anywhere, anytime.

Each Wednesday we meet via zoom or in-person in Townsville.

You will receive an information email and a zoom link each Tuesday prior to our live Wednesday session at 5.45pm - 6.30pm.
