Lengthen, stretch, release and glow with this two-hour workshop on the Paramount Rooftop. Jessie Whittaker, founder of The Calmm, will lead us through a series of wellness-inspired rituals, in collaboration with LA Tourism & Urban List.

A celebration of community, this open-air workshop includes a series of energising Japanese stretches (‘Makko Ho’) and full body cork ball release, lengthening and cleansing muscles, fascia and energetic meridians.

The event culminates in a ‘Face Workout’ using Gua Sha and myofascial face massage, calming the nervous system, releasing upper body tension and encouraging glow from within.

Tickets are $35 per person and include:

— Two-hour guide to wellness exercises led by Jessie Whittaker.
— Cali-inspired treats from Naturopath Olivia Towning in the form of collagen gummies, bliss balls & dipped figs.
— Ceremonial cacao from Orchard Street and TINA functional beverages to refresh.

Please dress in clothing that allows movement, with some warmer layers as we are in the open-air.
