RESET

A 45-minute guided breathwork experience to pause, reconnect and come back to yourself.

Some days you can feel tired, overwhelmed or overstimulated, yet somehow your body still doesn't know how to switch off.

RESET is a guided breathwork and nervous system regulation experience designed to give you space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your body, your breath and yourself.

You don't need to arrive feeling calm. You don't need any previous breathwork experience. And you don't need to know exactly what you need.

Just come as you are.

What happens in the session?

We'll move through a gentle, guided experience that may include:

Grounding and settling into the space
Gentle body awareness
Guided breathwork
Breath patterns designed to build awareness and capacity
Periods of stillness, rest and integration
Guided relaxation and reflection

The session is held in a supportive environment where you're encouraged to listen to your own body and participate at a pace that feels right for you.

What might you experience?

Breathwork can feel different for everyone.

You may notice changes in your breathing, body sensations, emotions, thoughts or energy. You might feel deeply relaxed, more present, lighter or simply more connected to yourself.

You may also notice activation or emotion arise.

There is no right way to experience the session.

You remain in control throughout, and you are always welcome to return to your natural breathing, pause or rest.

Calm isn't the goal. Capacity is.

RESET isn't about forcing yourself to relax or trying to switch off everything you're feeling.

It's about developing a greater awareness of what's happening within you and building your capacity to meet yourself where you are.

Sometimes that means slowing down.

Sometimes it means feeling.

Sometimes it simply means taking a moment to breathe.

Who is this for?

RESET is for anyone who feels like they could use some space to pause and reconnect.

You might be:

Feeling mentally or physically overloaded
Finding it difficult to switch off
Carrying tension or stress in your body
Constantly doing, thinking or looking after everyone else
Feeling disconnected from yourself
Simply craving some time to slow down and breathe

No previous experience with breathwork, meditation or somatic practices is required.

Your facilitator

I'm Stacey, the founder of Soma & Solas, a grounded space for exploring the relationship between breath, body, energy and self-connection.

As a Breathwork Facilitator and Energy Practitioner, I create supportive, down-to-earth experiences that invite you to slow down, become more aware of your body and reconnect with yourself.

My approach isn't about fixing you or telling you how you should feel.

It's about creating the space for you to notice, explore and experience what is already there.

What to bring

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily.

Bring:

A water bottle
Anything you like to help you feel comfortable
A journal if you'd like to reflect afterwards
