Join us for a deeply restorative night beginning with introductory Yin Yoga — long, gentle holds that release tension, create space in the body, and calm the mind.

Then, be guided through a full Somatic Breathwork journey, where conscious connected breathing, sound, and vibration open the doorway to release, balance, and loving awareness.

We’ll end the evening in community, sharing a warming vegetable curry and space for integration — grounding the insights and peace you’ve discovered.
