Santosha is a Yoga, and Pilates instructor, Sound healing facilitator, has a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, and is studying a Masters of Naturopathic Medicine. She is passionate about helping women reconnect within themselves to uncover their most peaceful, present and expansive self.

Sammantha Harstedt

Sam is a Holistic Trauma-Informed Women's Coach and NLP Practitioner, dedicated to helping women find more freedom, peace, and presence in their lives. With a mission to make healing and self-development feel safe, simple, and sustainable. She is excited to bring expansive, powerful meditations, visualization, and journaling practices to help women connect deeply with their inner needs.

Kristy Graham

Kristy is an International Champion Body Builder with an amazing story behind the mindset of how she has been able to achieve Globally recognized physical achievements. Her journey includes many hurdles, and she is an expert in the need to rest to achieve more. Kristy is excited to share her story and how she has to learn to incorporate rest and reconnection to restore.
