Over the weekend, they will combine their extensive experience as guides, healers and wellbeing practitioners sharing feminine practices from yoga, nidra, qigong, myofascial therapy and energy medicine during this one of a kind forest goddess experience!

Stel Coombe-Heath, Co-Facilitator

Stel is a transformational health and life coach, CBT practitioner, podcast host and published author of the book "Reclaim your Inner Goddess" and the "Food and Mood Journal". From a background in business analytics, Stel now leads various programs on changing mindsets around life and eating. Her primary focus is helping women to dive into self-transformation through self-actualization.

Amy Livingstone, Co-Facilitator

Amy facilitates educational experiences to support an optimal state of wellbeing within the pace of modern life. She has a deep interest in regenerative health and neuroscience and has trained with global leaders in nidra meditation facilitation, myofascial release and sound therapy. As the founder of ResilientOne Global, Amy works passionately to empower workplace wellbeing resilience internationally.
