RESET - A Nature-Based Wellness Day at Te Aratipi
Description
RESET
A nature-based wellness day at Te Aratipi, Hawke’s Bay
Part of The ME Project, RESET invites women to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend time outdoors on the land — walking, moving gently, breathing deeply and reconnecting with themselves.
No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to spend time outdoors and try something new.
Hosted at Te Aratipi Station, this small-group experience brings together fresh air, open space and thoughtful guidance from experienced local practitioners.
The day begins with a private guided walk through Te Aratipi Station, weaving through regenerating native bush, rolling farmland and striking limestone outcrops.
Along the way, we’ll pause in nature for two guided wellness sessions led by Kelly Allport (somatic movement & EFT) and Carly Phillips (yoga) — offering gentle ways to reconnect with the body, calm the nervous system and create space to reset.
We’ll also share nourishing seasonal food and beverages together, allowing time to slow down, breathe deeply and enjoy the landscape.
Fresh air.
Open hills.
Time that isn’t rushed.
An invitation to step away — and come back to yourself.

A note on the weather
RESET is designed as an outdoor experience and will go ahead in most weather conditions. Please come prepared with comfortable walking shoes and suitable layers.
Te Aratipi sits in the hills above the coast, so the weather can change quickly. Closer to the event we will send a short note with any final details and recommendations.
